Shipping policy

Delivery is only available for local delivery in Hong Kong.

We offer Free Delivery on orders of $600 HKD or above. 

For orders under $600 HKD we have a standard Delivery Fee of $60 HKD.

All orders ship out within about two business days following the purchase date.

We only produce fresh corn tortillas Monday to Friday. To ensure you only receive the freshest corn tortilla, orders with fresh corn tortillas will be delivered two business days after.

Orders without fresh corn tortillas can be delivered the following day if placed before 12:30pm.

Orders placed during the weekend (Friday-Sunday) or public holiday will be delivered two business days after the next business day. 

Special Weather Arrangements

Delivery will be temporarily suspended under “Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above” or when the “Black Rainstorm Warning” is hoisted. Our team will reach out to you to schedule a new delivery date.

Delivery Procedure

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner (SF Express) will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp. If you're unable to receive the delivery, we can leave your order at your doorstep or with your building’s concierge, if applicable
